Whole wheat flour is a robust, full-flavored flour containing vitamins, minerals and protein, Besan(Bengal gram flour) with its higher protein content, being gluten free and high nutritive value has a lot of health benefits. Sooji (semolina) is a rich source of protein and the plant pigments (beta-carotene) found in sooji helps boost our immune system.
Talking of Oats, a bowl of hot oatmeal has been a comfortable staple breakfast for generations because oats are a “heart healthy” cholesterol-lowering food. Apart from its remarkable health properties, oats are incredibly beneficial for weight loss.
